The Urbanization of Beach Apartments and Casas del Río in the Port of Sotogrande is made up of 520 homes distributed in 11 buildings facing the sea, on Sotogrande beach; a unique group of houses and apartments, known as Casas del Río, located on the left bank of the mouth of the Guadiaro River; 11 commercial premises in which there are fashion stores, real estate agencies, souvenir shops and hospitality establishments, as well as a Beach Club that has a magnificent restaurant.
The Urbanization is located in Sotogrande facing the coast between the Marina and the mouth of the Guadiaro River.
It has more than 11,500 m2 of green areas and gardens with a wide variety of plants and trees, among which more than a thousand palm trees stand out. The gardens are cared for and maintained by the Community’s gardening staff.
It has a permanent cleaning and maintenance service for common areas provided by Community staff that is considered an Urban Conservation Entity.
It also has a Security Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year. In the summer season, the number of security guards who provide it doubles.
